Three Wheeled Buggies

Three-wheeled buggies are ideal for walking around the neighborhood or for jogging. Their compact design makes them easy to manoeuvre even in tight spaces.

For an easy ride, opt for a pram that has air-filled tyres. Look for models with 360deg front swivel wheels. They are prone, however to punctures. Be prepared with a repair set.

Sturdy frame

New figures show that three-wheeled buggies, the symbol of the noughties that had more money than common sense, are in rapid decline. Four-wheelers are replacing them, and are more flexible and simple to drive while still looking stylish.

Its tyres (which are inflatable, so require occasional pumping) offer built-in suspension which was extremely comfortable for my kids.

Another thing to take into consideration is the size of the seat and shape. It is important for the seat to be big enough for your child to feel comfortable and to allow them to lie down. Some three-wheel buggies will have the option of reclining completely, while others only allow for a parent facing one.

Larger wheels

Larger wheels mean your buggy will be more stable on uneven terrain, which is ideal for buggies designed for off-road use. This is something you need to keep in mind when your home is an urban area. If this is an issue then a four-wheeled buggy might be a better option for you.
