Nespresso Lattissima Coffee Maker Review

The Lattissima takes nespresso espresso machine's one-touch brewing to the next level. It can make lungo and espresso in less than one minute, and it can also accept an array of capsules from the company.

The machine can be programmed to produce the exact amount of drinks you require. This is a nice feature for busy households.

Simple to use

The basic black Nespresso machine is easy to operate and maintain. It has a minimalist, straightforward design and just one button on the top that controls powering, rinsing making coffee and more. You simply take off the lid, insert the capsule, and press the button to begin brewing. It quickly heats up and provides a range of drinks such as double espresso, or five 8 or 18-ounce coffees. It even comes with a steaming wand for adding a cafe-style milk texture to your drinks. Although we like its simple interface and compact design however, we discovered that the machine doesn't perform better than more expensive models in brewing rich-tasting nespesso coffee machine and espresso. And it's not as easy to recycle the capsules as other machines we tested. This is why nespresso machine with milk frother isn't the best choice for our side-by-side test.

Quick to Brew

The nespresso coffee bean machine machine can brew an espresso cup in just 15 seconds. The heated water from the reservoir enters through a pump before it penetrates tiny holes in the top of the coffee pod. The water is then mixed with the ground coffee and drips into the cup. The machine created an intense, delicious espresso with a slight hint of bite when we tried it with Jones Brothers and Bestpresso nepresso coffee machines capsules. We tested almond, whole and 2% milks and all worked well.

Easy to clean

It's important to clean the Nespresso machine on a regular basis both inside and outside. This ensures that it's running smoothly and ensures it's safe to use. It also makes the coffee you make taste better. You can use various cleaners to clean a Nespresso and include vinegar. It is however recommended to make use of a descaling solution instead, as vinegar could cause damage to your machine.

To clean your Nespresso machine take out all the pods. Then, clean the drip tray and capsule container. Then you can fill a sink or large bowl with warm water and add a few drops of dish soap. Let the drip tray and capsule container soak in soapy water for some time to remove the gunk and stain. Rinse the drip tray and capsule container using hot water. Then apply a nonabrasive cloth or sponge to clean off any stains or residues. After you scrub the capsules and drip tray, rinse them again and let them completely dry before returning them to the machine.

After your machine has been cleaned, it's time to descale. Follow the steps in your manual for a specific procedure. If not, you can make a DIY descaling solution by using citric acid or white vinegar. If you're using vinegar, ensure that it's white vinegar and not balsamic or apple, as they can be too harsh.
