The treadmills that fold are smaller than conventional treadmills however they shouldn't limit your options. They still provide a great cardiovascular workout and can be a great alternative to running outdoors or jogging inside if you're not able to run outside.

Although it's not made for intense running however, it does a great job of reducing the impact on your knees. Its deck is smaller than the other models we've tested but it's still long and wide enough to support your strides as you walk or run at low to medium speeds. Controls are easy to use, and include the main power button as well as a remote control that allows you to adjust the speed. The only issue is that there aren't pre-programmed programs, but this might not be a problem if you don't plan on doing much running.

The Goplus Ultra-Thin is a bit heavier than the other treadmills that fold we have tested, however its compact design makes it easy to transport and store in tight spaces. It can handle up to 265 pounds and has an extremely small footprint, making it ideal for those who live in apartments or a house with little storage space.

Another good thing about the Goplus Ultra-Thin is that it has a quiet motor. It's powerful enough for your fitness goals, but is quieter than other machines we've tried. This is a great choice for those who wish to keep their neighbors from being disturbed and reside in an apartment. It's also easier to clean since it doesn't create much dirt and dust as other folding treadmills we tested. Its only drawback is the absence of an USB port.
