What's a Solenoid Valve? A solenoid valve is an electrically operated valve that is primarily used to regulate the circulate of air or a liquid in pneumatic and hydraulic energy programs. It is generally configured to a spool or a poppet that's in turn linked to a ferrous steel plunger that could be spring-centered or spring offset. The plunger itself strikes inside a core tube of non-ferrous metallic that in flip is surrounded by a coil comprised comprising of electrical windings. An electromagnetic actuator (solenoid) and a valve body make up a solenoid valve, which is an on/off electromechanically actuated valve. The valve actuator is the solenoid-plunger meeting, which opens and closes the valve. This actuator could be configured so that the plunger movement is limited to either opening or شیر برقی closing. Because there is no intermediate or in-between place, a solenoid can't throttle move.

This valve has three different ports: the inlet port that brings in a pressurized gasoline, the outlet port for its exit, and a 3rd exhaust port for used air. It also has two states, open and closed. In the relaxed state, the inlet connects to the exit port. Upon closing, the outlet changes the connection to align with the exit port.

Two-method valves are shut-off valves with one inlet port and one outlet port (Fig. 1). Within the de-energized condition, the core spring, assisted by the fluid stress, holds the valve seal on the valve seat to shut off the flow. When energized, the core and seal are pulled into the solenoid coil and the valve opens. The electro-magnetic drive is greater than the mixed spring force and the static and dynamic strain forces of the medium.
